Our house by the sea is in Salento, in San Pietro in Bevagna, in
the Specchiarica area, 200 meters from one of the most beautiful Italian
seas! The rooms are spacious, well furnished and spotless! It accommodates up
to 8 people.
The apartment is private, it is not a Bed & Breakfast, as such
breakfast is not served.
The tap water comes from a private spring well, as such it is
always available but not drinkable, so it can be used for washing but
not for cooking or drinking. Not far away there are several drinking water
fountains.
The sea is only 300 meters away, but the
decentralized position of the villa allows for great tranquility. Not far away
are the Natural Reserve of Chidro and the Natural Reserve of Salina Monaci. The
beach is free, very large, a couple of km long. From the house you can easily
reach the now very famous areas of Salento, from cities like Gallipoli and
Lecce to the beaches of the South, the Caves like the Zinzulusa, etc. etc.
Close to home, a small shopping center is open 7 days a week during the summer.
, bar, tobaccos. The nearest city is Avetrana, shortly after is Manduria. The
nearest airport is Brindisi, about an hour's drive away. Public transport is
not particularly comfortable.
The house consists of:
- three bedrooms; the first with a large double bed +
bunk bed, the second with a large double bed + single bed and the third with a
large double bed
- kitchen equipped; with all the necessities for cooking
(pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and mixer), you will also find Nespresso
espresso machine and kettle.
- two bathrooms; one large with double sinks, bidet,
toilet and shower and a small one with sink and WC
- entrance with TV area.
- a large covered terrace with table ( 10 seats),
chairs, sofa and rocking chair is the ideal place for lunches and dinners with
friends and to relax in. A smaller terrace is located at the rear of the house
which leads to the kitchen.
- a large courtyard with space for two or three cars and
two showers.
- two gardens, one with trees and barbeque and the other
with trees including our magnificent fig tree.
The apartment is equipped with: ceiling fan in the three bedrooms, bed sheet,
hair dryer, TV, gas boiler, iron and ironing board, large outdoor area with
clotheshorse
